Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non refundable regardless of notice of cancellation.

Any cancellation or reschedule made within 72 hours of your appointment time will require a. new booking and therefore a new deposit. If you reschedule greater than 72 hours prior to your appointment time, the deposit will stand.

Deposit Policy

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. If deposits are not paid within an hour of your appointment request, the time slot will be reopened to the public.

Any behaviour which leads to the therapist feeling uncomfortable will result in the treatment being terminated immediately
